1. Fast Printing & Shipping

We know school mornings don’t wait.

Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment. You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation right away
  • Tracking details once your package ships

Shipping options:

  • Standard (free, no tracking): Usually arrives in 7–9 business days
  • Standard with tracking: Usually arrives in 3–5 business days
  • Priority: Usually arrives in 1–2 business days

Delivery times depend on the carrier. Once your package leaves us, we can’t control postal delays, weather issues, or other shipping disruptions.

2. Secure Payments

Your payment information is protected.

We use secure, encrypted checkout systems like Stripe and PayPal. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

3. Our Promise on Quality

We take pride in making labels that last through school, sports, lunchboxes, and laundry.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days of delivery. Send your order number and a quick photo. If there’s a production issue on our end, we’ll replace it at no cost.

A few helpful notes:

  • Apply labels to clean, dry surfaces
  • Press firmly for best adhesion
  • Labels are durable but not permanent
  • Repeated picking or chewing can loosen them

Following the application instructions gives you the best results.

4. Materials & Durability

We use high-quality materials and professional printing equipment.

Our labels are:

  • Waterproof
  • Dishwasher safe (top rack recommended)
  • Laundry safe when applied correctly
  • Designed to last the school year

Fabric labels should be applied exactly as instructed for maximum wash durability.

Small color differences between your screen and the printed product are normal due to screen brightness and printing variations.

All products are made in the USA.

5. Safety First

Our labels are not toys.

While made with non-toxic materials, they should always be applied by an adult. For items used by babies or toddlers (like bottles or pacifiers), check labels regularly to ensure they remain securely attached.

If a label starts peeling, remove it promptly.

6. Custom Names & Artwork

Because every order is personalized, please double-check spelling before placing your order.

You are responsible for ensuring any uploaded images or designs belong to you and do not violate copyrights or trademarks.

We may refuse to print designs that are inappropriate or infringe on someone else’s rights.

7. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Since every label is custom made, production begins quickly.

  • Spelling or design changes must be requested within 90 minutes of ordering.
  • Once printing starts, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
  • Once an order has shipped, refunds cannot be issued.

If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it. If there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check before placing your order.

8. Communication & Notifications

We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

If there are any issues with your order — such as a missing apartment number, address typo, or delivery update — we may contact you by email, SMS, or WhatsApp to make sure your package reaches you without delay.

By providing your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive:

  • Order confirmations and shipping updates
  • Messages related to delivery issues
  • Optional promotional text messages

Promotional messages are completely optional. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, and you can rejoin later by replying START.

We never sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

We work hard to provide high-quality products and service. However, our total responsibility for any issue will not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Legal Details

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Broward County, Florida.
